FAQ – Frequently Answered Questions
Is this a real business?
No, this is my personal website. The Bonfire store is more of a hobby, I really don’t make any money off the sales. I was coming up with amusing artwork and thought someone might actually like it on a t-shirt, so here we are. What you pay covers the cost of production for Bonfire and the profit to me is maybe 10 cents. I intentionally keep the prices as low as Bonfire allows so the cost of the item isn’t absurd. I’m not really interested in making money off any of this at this time.
Where do you get your designs?
I come up with them myself. I’m new at this and I know my designs may not be as refined as some, but I still hope people enjoy them.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Bonfire is a third party company that prints-on-demand, and if you run into any issues with an order, you’ll need to contact Bonfire FIRST, using their customer support channels. Bonfire has generally good reviews on product quality, so if there are any issues that you cannot resolve with them, you can shoot me an email and I will do my best to reach out to Bonfire and help resolve the issue.
Please remember since the order is coming from Bonfire I have no control over manufacturing or shipping times. Please refer to Bonfire’s site for information on when you can expect your order. All items are print-on-demand, as such I have no inventory and cannot send you a replacement if something is lost or damaged during shipping. Please make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns through Bonfire FIRST.
Do you take commissions?
No. I’m not a professional artist by any means, what I do make on occasion is for fun, and if it’s not total dribble, then I might share it for sale through my Bonfire shop for others to enjoy. So I don’t take commissions or do collaborations.
Ermergahd, your website sucks!
What’s your point?
Okay, I might have a genuine question or an issue with a Bonfire order that I can’t resolve, how do I contact you?
You can email me at message(at)macmoragh.com, I will only communicate through email.
