Da’ Rules!

 

Sets of example rules you can copy and edit for your channels and groups! There’s no one size fits all set of rules, you always have to tailor them to your specific community. Whenever possible, it’s suggested to keep the rules simple and straightforward, otherwise you risk people outright ignoring them. If they see a wall of text, they’ll click accept without reading.

We understand you may need to create extended specific rules depending on your needs, and that’s totally okay. If you can, try to keep it to the big 10, like the ten commandments. Forgive the biblical reference, but most people have grown up with hearing that and 10 is a good solid number to work with anyway. If you can keep it shorter while still getting the point across, perfect!

PG13 and up – Six Pack:

  1. PG-13 level code of conduct. Raunchy and suggestive is tolerable, but nothing explicit.,
  2. Have fun and be respectful.,
  3. No trauma dumping or self-promotion.,
  4. No hate speech. Including no misogyny, no racism, and no homophobia.,
  5. No drama of any kind. Keep conversations civil.,
  6. No arguing over moderation decisions; you may direct message owner with concerns.,

Adults Only – Six Pack:

  1. 18+ ADULTS ONLY allowed here. DO NOT joke about being underage, you WILL be banned.,
  2. Have fun and be respectful.,
  3. No trauma dumping or self-promotion.,
